Product Introduction

Description

Spools, also known as winding spools or occasionally rolling mill sleeves, are thick-walled tubes used for winding thin aluminium strips, aluminium foil or stainless steel thin sheet metal for transportation in the manufacturing process and storage. The wound metal is called a coil. 

Product advantages

(2) Use the special tool to process end face, taper and the outer circle according to the inner hole to ensure beating of the taper, the concentricity and cylindricity of the steel spool.

1. centrifugal casting

Centrifugal pressure casting can ensure the chemical composition of the spile, achieving its is reliability and accuracy. Ther will not be crack, scum stoma and sandstone in its inner and outer surface because of centrifugal pressure casting. Besides, excellent heat treatment can ensure the mechanical properties of the spile.

2. Machining

Professional equipment is used to process inner hole, outer circle and key groove to ensure the precision of the inner hole and diameter tolerance of cylinder within 0.05 MM;

The processing needs to meet the concentricity requirements of the outer circle and the inner hole;

The machining of the outer circle and taper is finished in the same CNC lathe, which satisfies its tolerance and size requirement.
