HEXIN is a steel foundry specialist, melting and pouring various grades of different alloys, such as 1.4848,2.4879,1.4849,etc., HEXIN uses several processes such as resin sands casting, investment casting, and centrifugal casting. Thanks to many years foundry experience, HEXIN gained many experiences from the design to the finishing, including, casting simulation, designing and manufacturing of the pattern.  HEXIN has mature experience and production know-how for static castings, spun tubes, and investment castings . With the passion for steel castings, HEXIN aims to push further the frontier of the foundry technology.

The advanced centrifuge control system can accurately and effectively increase or decrease the centrifuge speed, to avoid phenomena such as looseness and cracks in the casting pipe.

With 30 years of casting experience, we can maturely design the gate and riser system to ensure the tightness of the castings,

so that the internal quality of our castings is denser and more compact, the service life is longer, and to pass the RT(radiographic test).
