Mostly the heat treated parts are either located on sub assembly fixtures or directly onto the grid.

HEXIN use sand casting and lost wax investment casting to produce cast trays,with various heat resistant stainless steel with Chrome nickel alloy grades which can withstand high temperature upto 1200 degree C, like 1.4848,1.4849,1.4852, 2.4879,etc.,
HEXIN fabricate grids, trays and basket with rods and flat plates, with material grades like 310ss., Ra.330, Inconel 601, etc.,
Depending on the material selection, the maximum heat-resistant temperature can reach 1200 degrees.
