Stabilizer Roll:

The stabilizing roll and the sinking roll also need to be immersed in the zinc pot, and the strip steel can obtain a certain tension and guidance mainly by adjusting the displacement left and right, so as to ensure that the strip steel passes through the air knife device stably.
Generally, two stabilizing rolls are arranged alternately on both sides of the strip steel, and there are two types of transmission, active and passive. They are divided into front stabilizing rolls and rear stabilizing rolls, both of which are immersed in molten aluminum-zinc liquid.
Its main function is to obtain a certain effective tension and guidance for the strip steel passing through the sinking roller, to ensure that the strip steel passes through the air knife continuously and stably, to prevent the strip steel from swinging and to adjust the shape of the strip.

The stabilizing rolls produced by Qingdao HEXIN are used in the galvanizing pot system of the galvanizing line. The continuous galvanizing process is completed through three rollers and six arms of the galvanizing pot system. Driven by the passive rotation, the main function is to stabilize the transmission of the strip steel in the galvanizing line.
The stabilizer roll for galvanizing line produced by our company adopts centrifugal casting for the roll body and static casting process for the combined shaft head. The commonly used grades are 316L, 317L and Cr22Ni4;
common specifications: diameter 500 to 800mm. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The sink roll and stabilizing roll are produced with material SS316L ferrite free, CF-3M.
HEXIN carry on strict production process by centrifugal casting, solution annealing heat treatment. For some rolls, smooth surface is needed, for some, grooved surface is requested, and rolls with holes and drum surfaces.
