Galvanizing Pot Rolls

HEXIN manufactures sink rolls and stabilizer rolls for use in galvanizing pots.
The rolls are normally made in CF-3M alloy and can be manufactured in the low ferrite condition

Stabilizer roll is located on the outgoing side of sink roll in zinc pot and passes the strip stably without shaking in vertical direction.
Stabilizing roll and sink roll are produced by centrifugal casting, forged shafts and solution annealing treatment.
Generally, 316L ferrite free stainless steel is used .(CF-3M)
HEXIN produce rolls with various surface finish, like smooth surface, grooved, hole, drum.
