Product Introduction

Catalyst tubes( reformer tubes)

Qingdao Hexin produces reformber tubes by centrifugal casting furnace tubes.

Furnace tubes for hydrocarbon steam reforming hydrogen production devices are used in hydrocarbon steam reforming hydrogen production devices of various raw material types.

They are widely used in refineries, chemical plants, metallurgical reduced iron DRI and other industries. The petrochemical industry has the greatest demand for hydrogen. strong.

More than 90% of the hydrogen supply processes in global refineries and chemical plants are hydrocarbon steam conversion methods. Hydrocarbon steam reforming hydrogen production device,

 the equipment mainly includes: inlet gas collecting pipe, reforming furnace pipe, outlet gas collecting pipe, upper and lower pigtail pipes, etc. Among them, the reformer tube is produced by centrifugal casting process,

 with an operating temperature of 900℃-1000℃. It is an important equipment of the hydrogen production reformer.

Our production and technical team has nearly 30 years of experience in this industry and has the capacity to produce 500 reformer tubes per month. To manufacture these parts, we strictly follow the following international standards for centrifugal casting and static casting:

Centrifugal casting: HG/T 2601, ASTM A608, DIN 10295, JIS G5122

Static casting: HG/T 3673, ASTM A351

Material grades are strictly in accordance with the standards of customers in different countries. Commonly used material grades are:

ZG40Cr25Ni35Nb, ZG40Cr35Ni45Nb, HP-Nb, HT50, GX40NiCrSiNb35-26, GX40NiCrNb45-35, G-NiCr28W, SCH24XNb

Supply specifications of conventional centrifugal casting products:

Reformer tubes: outer diameter 100mm-300mm, wall thickness 8mm-20mm;

Hot wall gas collecting pipe: outer diameter 100mm-400mm, wall thickness 10mm-40mm;

Ethylene cracking furnace tube

Tubular cracking furnace is the main technology for ethylene production today. The ethylene cracking furnace mainly includes: heating system, heat recovery system,

 reaction system, and equipment including burner, radiant section, convection section, quenching system, and high-pressure steam drum system.

Cracking furnace tubes are used in the radiant section, also called radiant section furnace tubes. The cracking furnace tube has an operating temperature of 1000°C-1150°C and is an important piece of equipment for the ethylene cracking furnace.

 The furnace tube parts in the radiant section of the ethylene cracking furnace mainly include centrifugally cast tubes, centrifugally cast tube bends, static cast pipe fittings, forgings, rolled tubes and other parts.

Using the metal centrifugal casting process, molten steel is cast into tube blanks of various specifications under the action of centrifugal force.

The inner holes are bored with a deep-hole boring machine, the welding grooves are processed with a lathe, and the long tubes are assembled and welded. The long pipe is assembled and welded with extension flanges, reinforced joints, cone bottoms and other accessories to form a conversion pipe;

the long pipe is assembled and welded with elbows, tees, lifting lugs and other accessories to form an ethylene cracking pipe.

Centrifugal casting pipe supply specifications:

Cracking furnace tube: outer diameter 50mm-200mm, wall thickness 5mm-20mm;

Gas collecting pipe: outer diameter 100mm-400mm, wall thickness 10mm-40mm;

Static casting supply specifications:

90° elbow, 180° elbow, tee pipe, palm-shaped pipe, special-shaped three-dimensional elbow, hanging parts, etc.
