The muffles and retorts are typically used for heat treatment of small metallic parts or for metal ores reduction .
HEXIN produces round muffles with or without internal static cast spirals, D shape muffles for sintering of metal pressed powders, fabricated retorts for gas generators for controlled atmosphere furnaces.
Other than centrifugal casting process, for larger diameters, we sometimes use the static cast process, also we use rolled and welded alloy plates to fabricate the muffles and retorts.
