Centrifugal cast table rollers
Qingdao Hexin produces high quality table rollers for hot strip mills.
HEXIN’s exit table rollers are produced with typical materials like C45, 2Cr13, 1.4027, by horizontal centrifugal casting method, with or without coating on surface of rollers.
HEXIN adjusted the chemistry and heat treatment receipe to reach the specific technical request of the particular mills for hot steel strip.
Typical rollers like : exit table rollers for hot strip mills, looper rollers, wrapper rollers,descaling rollers，pusherand piler rollers.
We also revised the thickness of roller tables in comparison to conventional rollers.
The mechanical properties are constant through the whole thickness of the roller body and are not just limited to the surface layer.
The expected service life our table rollers under normal operating conditions has increased a lot compared with the conventional rollers .
