Product Introduction
The snout is a chute-shaped sealing structure, and its head is made of heat-resistant stainless steel and extends into the zinc pot.
The typical material is 316L (Ferrite free), CF-3M, carbon steel for flange.
HEXIN produce cast snout by static casting process.
Before galvanizing, the galvanized steel sheet needs to be annealed in an annealing furnace. After annealing, it is sent into the galvanizing tank filled with zinc water through the furnace nose. One end of the furnace nose is connected to the annealing furnace, and the other end extends into the galvanizing tank. , is a strip steel channel with a closed function set up between the furnace and the zinc pot.
The main function of the furnace nose is to connect the continuous annealing furnace and the zinc pot to ensure that the strip steel is not oxidized before entering the zinc pot. It is an important equipment for the hot-dip galvanizing line.
