Qingdao Hexin Machinery has been producing cylindrical drum casings and conical drum casings for separation decanters.
Duplex stainless steel and Austenitic stainless steel are usually used for separation decanters.
The regular scope of diameters for conical bowl drum casings from OD200 mm to OD 1200 mm, max. angle 80degrees, with maximal cast weight 8000kgs.
Other than conical drum casings, HEXIN also supplies other regularly used key components for decanters industry, like : Cylindrical drum casings, cylindrical bowl, end hubs,
worm-feed assemblies and components, seal covers, bulkheads, seal mountings, tubes, bushings, rings.
