Roll forming methods: Cast rolls and forged rolls;

 Cast rolls are manufactured by directly casting molten steel or iron into shape.

Cast rolls can be further divided into cast steel rolls and cast iron rolls according to material;

and divided into integral cast rolls and composite cast rolls according to manufacturing method.

Forged rolls are classified by material as follows: Forged alloy steel rolls; Forged semi-steel rolls; Forged semi-high-speed steel rolls;Forged white cast iron rolls.
