HEXIN Machinery is focusing on production of heat resistant stainless steel alloy castings for the most demanding high temperature environments used for critical area of various industry applications.

Our typical foundry processes are :

 Centrifugal casting, Lost wax investment casting ( or Precision casting), and sand casting.

The major alloys are nickel based ,cobalt based heat resistant alloys like 1.4848, 1.4852, 2.4879, etc., as well as wear resistant and corrosion resistant alloys.

Casting Capability of HEXIN Machinery :

Centrifugal casting : Pipe diameter from φ50-φ1600mm;

Static casting: Single casting weight from 0.5Kg to 8000Kg;

Investment casting: Single casting weight from 0.05Kg to 500Kg;

Our castings are widely used in heat treatment, metallurgical furnaces, petrochemical furnaces, glass wool fiberizer, incinerator, glass rolling, decanter centrifuge,etc.
